Rachel Canty is the CEO and co-founder of Konchess Mind Ventures, LLC. She received her undergraduate degree in business management from Virginia State University (HBCU) and her graduate degree in early childhood education from Long Island University (Brooklyn Campus). She has been an educator in underserved communities in New York City for the past 20 years.
